Boyle’s Solid Fuels Refund and Returns Policy:

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you want to return something, we may offer a refund upon return of the goods. Please contact us on boylessolidfuels@gmail.com within seven days of the purchase and state the reason for your return.

We recommend you check your order upon delivery, with the driver present, to ensure you have received the correct products. It is always a good idea to do a visual inspection and ensure the products and packaging are at a satisfactory level and you are happy with your purchase.

If you are unfortunate enough to have receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please ensure you note this on your delivery drivers documentation. We ask you to contact us directly on boylessolidfuels@gmail.com as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the issue.

All returns must be organised within fourteen days of us receiving your order. Products can be returned for a full refund if they are damaged or if the wrong items have been dispatched. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must still have their original packaging and labelling attached.

If we are delivering replacement goods, we’ll take the damaged goods away upon delivery. If you are shipping the goods back to us, we are not responsible for the carriage back to us and we advise you to ask for proof of postage with your post office or courier. Any item bought online can also be returned in store, just remember to bring along proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate).

Important note for crate deliveries:

If your crate delivery arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver the goods because you are not home or there is insufficient space available for the vehicle to safely manoeuvre on the road to deliver the goods, you will be liable for the failed delivery charge. The failed delivery charge, requiring the goods to be returned to us, is €50.00 minimum.
