Delivery Timelines and Costs

Most of our products come with Free Delivery. Minimum order for Free Local Delivery is €199 and that includes Dublin, Bray and North Wicklow.

€12.99 delivery charge applies to 15 Bags of Coal and 25 Bags of Kiln Dried Logs when delivering to outside Dublin or North Wicklow. See more details below.

We offer Free Nationwide Delivery on all Crates of Kiln Dried Logs, 20 Bags of Coal and 50 Bags (25L) of Kiln Dried Logs. Crates and 50 Logs are available in Ash, Oak and Birch.

We do our best to ensure all orders are delivered to you within 5 working days. The delivery date may not always suit both parties, so this is not always possible.

Important when using our website

If you are making an order on our website, please use one of the postcodes above in the Eircode form field. The system only gives delivery options when an address is entered with a valid postcode. For example, if your address is Leopardstown, enter D18 X123 and that will work. On the other hand, if you enter a North Side Eircode, D15 X123, that will not work.

The same rule does not apply for Free Nationwide Delivery, any postcode in the Republic of Ireland is valid. If you are having any issues or are very close to one of these postcodes, call us on 0851047554 and we’ll see what we can do for you.

After you place your order with us online, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “Your Boyles Solid Fuels order has been received!”. This confirmation email with have your order number, purchase information, delivery address and more. Please check your spam or junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.

In the background, we will get to work on a delivery date and time that is within 5 working days. One of us will give you a ring 1 or 2 days before hand to make sure that date and time suits you and if not we can arrange an alternative.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on most of our products which includes Dublin, Bray and North Wicklow. €12.99 delivery charge applies to 15 Coal and 25 Logs when delivering to outside Dublin or North Wicklow. Minimum order of €199 applies to all wood products. Minimum coal order is 15 bags which is currently €250.

Postcodes that are valid for Free Local Delivery: D04 *, D06 *, D6W *, D08 *, D12 *, D14 *, D16 *, D18 *, D20 *, D22 *, D24 *, A94 *, A96 *, A98 *.

Local deliveries are Monday to Saturday and if you are home when we are delivering your order, we would be happy to put it into your shed or bunker or wherever your firewood is stacked and stored.

Entrances should ideally be a hard, flat surface to deliver. We will do our very best to bring your order as close as possible but that is limited to wherever we can access with our hand trolley.

Free Nationwide Delivery

We offer free nationwide delivery on all Crates of Kiln Dried Logs, 20 Bags of Coal and 50 Bags of Kiln Dried Logs only. Kerb side delivery only for crates. Your driver will call you the day before with the time of your delivery.

Nationwide Pallet Deliveries are typically to kerb side, but our distribution partners usually do their best to ensure our pallets are left in the best location as possible for you. We ask that someone is home on the day of delivery to lend a hand and sign for the order.

Unlike our Local Delivery service, it is important to note our Nationwide Pallet Delivery orders will not be unloaded and stored for you. Delivery is complete when the order is dropped off at the specified address and signed for by the customer.

If you anticipate a large truck will not be able to deliver to your home, please contact us on 0851047554 before making the order to see if alternative delivery arrangements can be made.
