We do our very best to ensure all orders are delivered to you within 5 working days. The delivery date may not always suit both parties, so as you can understand, this is not always possible.

Important when using our website

If you are making an order on our website, please enter your correct postcode in the Eircode form field. The system only gives delivery options when an address is entered with a valid postcode. For example, if your address is Leopardstown, enter D18 X123 and that will work. Moreover, if you enter a North Side Eircode, D15 X123, that will also work.

The same rule applies for Free Nationwide Delivery, all postcodes in the Republic of Ireland are valid once orders are over €495. If you are having any issues with entering your postcode or the Free Delivery option is not coming up, call us on 0851047554 and we will help you get it working or take your order on the phone.

After you place your order with us online, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “Your Boyles Solid Fuels order has been received!”. This confirmation email will have your order number, purchase information, delivery address and more. Please check your spam or junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.

In the background, we will get to work on a delivery date and time that is within 5 working days. We will give you a ring 1 or 2 days before hand to make sure that date and time suits you and if not we can arrange an alternative.

Dublin & Leinster Delivery

We offer Free Dublin Delivery and Free Delivery Leinster on most of our products which includes Dublin and all of Leinster. €30.00 Standard Delivery Rate applies to 25 bags of logs when delivering outside Dublin and within Leinster. Minimum order of €199 applies to all wood products. Minimum coal order (only available in Dublin) is 20 bags which is currently €320.

Local deliveries are Monday to Saturday and if you are home when we are delivering your order, we would be happy to put it into your shed or bunker or wherever your firewood is stacked and stored.

Entrances should ideally be a hard, flat surface to deliver. We will do our very best to bring your order as close as possible but that is limited to wherever we can access with our hand trolley.

Nationwide Delivery

We offer Free Nationwide Delivery on all orders over €495. This includes some of our 2.0m3 Crates of Kiln Dried Logs. You can also purchase a combination of products over €495 for Free Nationwide Delivery.

Your driver will call you the day before with the time of your delivery. Nationwide Pallet Deliveries are typically to kerb side, but our distribution partners usually do their best to ensure our pallets are left in the best location as possible for you. We ask that someone is home on the day of delivery to lend a hand and sign for the order.

Unlike our Local Delivery service, it is important to note our Nationwide Pallet Delivery orders will not be unloaded and stored for you. Delivery is complete when the order is dropped off at the specified address and signed for by the customer.

If you anticipate a large truck will not be able to deliver to your home, please contact us on 0851047554 before making the order to see if alternative delivery arrangements can be made.
